Position Overview

As a UX/UI Designer (Visual and Emotional Design Specialist) at Tenverto, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing captivating digital experiences that resonate with users on an emotional level. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design strategies, and deliver visually compelling solutions that evoke desired emotional responses. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless and intuitive user interfaces that combine aesthetic excellence with emotional resonance, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.

Your ability to understand how design elements such as color, typography, imagery, and layout can evoke emotions and create meaningful connections with users is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, translating user insights and business requirements into visually stunning and emotionally resonant digital experiences.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs, define design goals, and prioritize features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design concepts and interactions effectively, incorporating feedback and iterating based on user testing and stakeholder input.
• Develop a cohesive visual identity and design language that reflects the brand’s values, personality, and emotional tone, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Apply principles of color theory, typography, and composition to create visually striking designs that capture attention and convey desired emotional responses.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices, championing the importance of emotional design in creating meaningful and memorable user experiences.

You need to have a strong creative flair, to be able to conceptualize and execute designs that resonate emotionally with the target audience while aligning with project goals and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually stunning and emotionally engaging digital designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation through design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
