How we work: Our Design Process Explained

We base our work process on a set of procedures that minimize errors, ensure accuracy, and increase chances of success.

Introductory call

The first thing we do is to discuss your project over the phone (or video call). It’s a casual and friendly call, so we briefly discuss your needs, challenges, and your audience among other things. Our objective is to assess your project to see if we’re a match.

Phase 1: Consultation & Analysis

Your project is intriguing, so we decide to take it. We now need to dig deeper to find out every possible details, we will ask lots of questions, take notes, make a thorough synthesis of your information, and come up with an action plan, a direction we think your project should take and we’ll need your approval.

To gather information, we use online forms, video conferences, emails, chats, or any medium you fill comfortable with. This phase concludes by the signature of a contract that specifies the project’s direction, the project’s specifications, deliverables, and timeline.

Note:

Phase 2: Visual Design

It’s time to make things concreate! During this phase, we will use the direction agreed on phase 1 to create a new solution.

  1. First, we will create Low Fidelity Wireframes that first describe “how the solution benefits your audience”
  2. Next, we will create High Fidelity Wireframes by adding a visual and emotional identity to the first wireframes
  3. For Customers with Elite package, we conduct a User Satisfaction Audit to ensure the new designs match the audience’s expectations

Phase 3

I will develop the website and share a staging link for you to review and test. I will take care of deploying the website live once I get your approval. – Duration: About 2 weeks – I need the remaining balance before deployment
